Billeroom ("the App") is a GST billing and business-management app published by MANJULATHA ENTERPRISES (legal name: Panuganti Naveen Kumar), Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy explains what the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
The App is offline-first. The business data you create - customers, products, invoices, quotations, payments, expenses and related records (which may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, GSTIN, PAN and postal addresses of your customers) - is stored locally on your device in an on-device database. We do not have access to this data.
If you choose to sign in to a Billeroom Cloud account, your business data is synced to our server so you can use it across your own devices (for example a phone and a desktop). This is opt-in. Sync data is tied to your business account, transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and is not sold or shared with third parties. If you do not sign in, no business data leaves your device.
With your permission, the App uses the camera to capture product photos and to scan barcodes/QR codes for billing. Images are stored locally with your business data. The App does not upload your photo library.
With your permission, the App connects to Bluetooth thermal printers to print receipts. It uses Bluetooth only for printing and does not use it to determine your location.
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and usage signals to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The Premium version removes ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
In-app purchases (Premium) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your card or payment details.
We do not sell your data. The App has no analytics SDK tracking your personal identity, and business records never leave your device unless you enable cloud sync.
Local data remains until you delete records or uninstall the App. If you use cloud sync and want your synced data deleted, contact us (below) and we will delete the account's data from our servers.
The App is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
